Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders granting petitioner the due promotion as "Assistant Executive Engineer" from the date of promotion of petitioner's immediate junior Mr.M.Gomathinayagam (Seniority No.1618) i.e., from Aug 2000, and to grant all consequential Notional Promotions, terminal and Pensionary benefits thereof with retrospective effect.
