C.M.P.No.19983 of 2021 C.M.P.No.19983 of 2021 and S.A.Sr.No.138474 of 2019 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN , J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 105 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.6,580/-.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to heavy financial Crisis, petitioner was not able to arrange money for paying Court fees. In addition to that, there was prevailing Covid-19 pandemic situation. Hence, there is delay of 105 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.6,580/-.

3. Accepting the reason stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 105 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.6,580/- is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number SA.SR.No.138474 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order.
