Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Letter No.140/WA27/TNSTC(VPM)/VLR/2013, dated 12.10.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to sanction and disburse all terminal/retirement benefits and pensionary benefits such as Provident fund, death cum retirement gratuity, encashment of leave, other benefits etc., to the petitioner on his retirement on 30.09.2013, including sanctioning of annual increment due to him in February 2013.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 11.07.2018 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal.

2. The matter is listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, a similar request is made before this Court.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
