This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 271 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.Ms.K.Kumudha, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 271 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 271 days, in the appeal.

4.The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
