(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner and the third respondent are brothers and the allegation is of the third respondent having installed an underground pipeline at the junction of northward road from Pattanchavadi and Westward road from Ammapettai Vetereinary hospital. has been removed, which is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The second respondent to get the site inspected within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the order to verify the actual position and if the allegations of the petitioner are found to be correct, action in accordance with law be taken, after notice to all concerned, wtihin a period of two (2) months thereafter.
