The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled before the TamilNadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras, Madras on 26.06.2023 between the parties. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in these cases.

Recording the said submission, the entire proceedings in Crime No.9 of 2019 dated 09.06.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police is quashed and these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.
