Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Direction or Order in the nature, calling for the records of the Second Respondent relating to his order P.S.A. 16/10 dated 02.09.2013 and the records of the Third Respondent relating to her order No.APSA.1/2014 dated 28.02.2015 and quash both the orders and consequently direct the Second Respondent to pay the deposited amount of Rs. 2,25,830/- with accumulated interest before a date that may be specified by this Court.

O R D E R

Heard Mr.Praveen Kumar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulakrishnan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Second and Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and in view of the same, he agrees that the First Respondent is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited before the Third Respondent. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the First Respondent is at liberty to make necessary application for the withdrawal of the amount that has been deposited by the Petitioner before the Third Respondent.

3. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar skr To 1.
