The prayer in the writ petition is to quash the proceedings of the respondent dated 06.02.2015 bearing No.KU/REG/HR-3/1697/15.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that appropriate order relieving the petitioner would be passed taking into account the E-mail dated 13.11.2014 sent by the petitioner.

4. The said statement of the learned counsel for the respondent is recorded and the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
