Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to order counting of votes and declare the results of the election s held on 27.04.2018 to the 2nd respondent Society within a reasonable time fixed by this court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to order for counting of Votes and consequently to declare the results of the Election held on 27.04.2018, in the 2nd respondent Society.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition, the Votes have already been counted and the results have also been declared and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
