Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to restore the application of the petitioner and consider him under Scheduled Tribe Category for the admission to the 1st Year B.E/B.Tech. Course - 2016-2017 (Application No. 340336) and admit the petitioner otherwise he is eligible by accepting the sworn affidavit of the parents under the quota reserved for Scheduled Tribes without insisting upon the production of the community certificate.
