Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.08.2021 requesting to post him in Chidambaram itself in the light of G.O.Ms.No.107 dated 03.09.2020, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S) Department.

ORDER
It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and has been transferred from Chidambaram to Cuddalore. Under these circumstances, the petitioner has also joined service in Cuddalore and has sent representation dated 14.08.2021 to the respondents to retransfer him back to Chidambaram in the same Department in any other Department as he is handicapped.
2. The learned Government Advocate for the first, second and fourth respondents submits that after considering the representation of the petitioner appropriate orders will be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order favourably considering the fact that the petitioner suffers from disability. No costs.
