Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order (Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.282/ACP(S)/MikePermission/TPC/2018, dated 03.07.2018 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent to permits the petitioner's association to conduct public meeting on any forthcoming day for 4 hours i.e., 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm at Velliyankadu, Tiruppur District, provide adequate police protection to the same.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order (Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.282/ACP(S)/Mike-Permission/TPC/2018, dated 03.07.2018 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent to permits the petitioner's association to conduct public meeting on any forthcoming day for 4 hours i.e., 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm at Velliyankadu, Tiruppur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
