The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection for the delay being condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and post both the matter on 25.08.2022. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.C.Munusamy and Mr.R.Rajesh at the time of admission.
