The order of this Court has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are not satisfied with the said order and therefore, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to challenge the same in the manner known to the petitioners under law. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners as prayed for.
