In the present case, the learned Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court vide order dated 27.06.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that pursuant to the above order, the initial remuneration has been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner and the learned Advocate Commissioner had visited the respondent's premises and made an attempt to seize the vehicle. However in the meantime, the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably between the parties and hence, he requests this Court to close this application.
3. Recording the above submission, this application is closed.
4. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, this Court is inclined to direct the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration and the said amount shall be paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner on or before 06.08.2024.
5. Post this matter on 07.08.2024 for reporting compliance.
