The petitioner has filed this Petition to direct the respondents to issue ration card to him based on his application dated 08.08.2011.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the family ration card bearing no.04/G/0633543 was issued to the petitioner on 31.05.2013.

3. In the above said circumstances, no further adjudication is required in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
