Challenging the award dated 21.06.2013, the present Original Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and he is not pressing the original petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this original petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
