(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Hebeas Corpus has been instituted for directing the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's daughter namely S.Bhavatharani, Female, aged about 17 years, D/o. Selvam, before this Court and handover to the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the detenue girl has been secured and now, she joined with her mother.
