Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the order passed in Proc. Nil dated 24.1.04 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay consequently Rs.5000-150-8000 as per the order of the Registrar of Co-operative Building Societies Ltd., in Na. Ka.No.8530/94 E4 dated 19.7.94.

ORDER

Challenging the refixation of salary in the absence of notice to the petitioner, the present petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that an opportunity may be given to the petitioners to submit another representation to the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners with regard to the refixation of salary in accordance with law.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for, this Court permits the petitioners to give a representation to the 1st respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for refixation of salary and on receipt of the said representation, the 1st respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
