Even though, it is posted as a Specially ordered case, since there is change in portfolio and I am sitting in Madurai Bench, the Registry is directed to place these matters before the Hon'ble Chief Justice to enable the Hon'ble Chief Justice to take a decision as to whether these matters can be posted before the concerned portfolio Judge or it should continue to be a specially ordered case before me. 2.
