ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.138 of 2021 pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police submitted that after the completion of investigation in Crime No.138 of 2021, the 1st respondent Police altered Sections from 147, 324 and 506(i) to Sections 324 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

506(i) IPC and also produced the final report to that effect. He further submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in the final report filed in Crime No.138 of 2021. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
