2. The petitioner is the mother of the missing girl, who is said to have been kidnapped by the 4th respondent. For causing her production, this habeas corpus petition was filed.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the missing girl has since been secured, she is being produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate and a case in crime No.100/2025 has been registered on the file of the Pennagaram P.S. for the offence under the POCSO Act, and the 4th respondent has already been arrested.

4. In such view of the matter, we direct the respondents 2 and 3 to act as per law, and the jurisdictional Magistrate can take a call on this matter after hearing the petitioner as well as the minor girl.
With the aforesaid directions, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of. (G.R.S.,J.)
