ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent pertains to impugned order dated 05.08.2021 in O.M.3633/2021/I-1 and quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to pass orders on merits without taking note of the delay on the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2021, by affording opportunities of personal hearings.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the impugned order before the Tribunal as contemplated under the Tamilnadu Inam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
