This petition is filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the appeal before this Court against the judgement in S.C.No.390 of 2019 dated 12.02.2024 on the file of the learned XXI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
