[ Respondents ] Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents more particularly, the 2nd respondent to consider my representation dated 13.10.2012 and pass an appropriate order extending the petitioner's service as DATA ENTRY OPERATOR in the office of the 5th respondent forthwith.

O R D E R

The petitioner was engaged by the Registration Department as Data Entry Operator. The engagement continued for some time and thereafter she was dis-engaged. The final engagement was on 15.09.2011. The petitioner worked in the office of the 5th respondent and ultimately she was dis-engaged on 04.03.2012. The petitioner submitted a representation on 03.10.2012 requesting the 4th respondent to engage her continuously. Since the said representation was not taken up for consideration, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.10.2012 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is permitted to forward a copy of the representation dated 03.10.2012 along with a copy of this order so as to enable the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
