The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the first respondent to grant water and sewerage connection in the property of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner in New Door No.41, Old Door No.23, Parameshwari Nagar, 1st Street, Adayar, Chennai - 600 020.

2. According to the petitioner, the construction has been put up strictly in accordance with the sanction plan and the petitioner has remitted all the charges which has been acknowledged by the respondent Board vide receipt dated 23.12.2014.

3. In the light of the above stand taken by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the competent authority, the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board to consider the petitioner's application for grant of water and sewerage connection after verifying all the details and if the same is correct and there is no other legal impediment, the connection shall be granted as expeditiously as possible.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
