Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of declaration, declaring the location of Toll plaza at Pallikonda is illegal and contrary to the rules and consequently direct the respondents to shift the Toll Plaza to Vengali in terms of Rule 8 of National Highways Fee (Determination of Rate and Collection) Rules 2008 and pass such further or other orders.
