Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order dated 25/1/2012 in R.A. (SA) No.30 of 2011 on the file of DRAT, Chennai and quash the same, consequently allow S.A.No.168 of 2007 on the file of Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad as prayed for, restore possession of the property auctioned to the petitioner.
