ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to proceed against the exparte decree passed in O.S.No.429 of 2010 on the file of District Munsif, Jayamkondam, by filing appropriate application and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to proceed in accordance with law and the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there is

no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
