O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction upon the respondents to survey the land and fix the boundary for the petitioner's land measuring about 960 cents situated in S.No.136/46 at Sakkara Kuppam Madura Santhai, Kodiyur Village, Jolarpet, Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The petitioner claims half share over the property by virtue of a settlement deed executed in her favour by her mother in Document No.364 of 2012 and other co-owner of the property is the petitioner's sister, namely S.Janaki. Now the petitioner has submitted a representation to the authorities to survey and lay the boundary stones in the subject property. Pursuant to the Deed of Settlement executed by her mother, the petitioner has become entitled to a portion of the property, which was settled in her favour. Now she wants the property to be demarcated. It is pointed that the petitioner's sister S.Janaki is one of the attesting witnesses in the settlement deed.
3. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's representation after notice to the petitioner and petitioner's sister and after hearing the parties, a reasoned order shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
