ORDER
It is the second round of litigation. The petitioner has come up before this Court for the non-compliance of the order passed by the learned single bench of this court which order has also been confirmed by the Honourable Division Bench.
2. The records would disclose that the Additional Personal Assistant of the District Collector, Tiruvallur has directed the fifth respondent to take appropriate action by making sub title and issue patta and was also directed to file report on the compliance of the proceedings. Despite the same, there is no further progress. Hence, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.
3. From the counter affidavit filed it is seen that the patta issued is said to have been done on fabrication of the documents. Be that as it may, even as of now, the fifth respondent has not conducted any enquiry and decided the issue in favour of the petitioner by carrying out the directions issued by the second respondent on 25.07.2015 itself.
4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fifth respondent to comply with the order passed in Na.Ka.No.10644/2014/A-1, dated 25.07.2014, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the parties concerned namely, the petitioner and the person in whose name the patta stands for. No costs.
