2. Heard Mr.M.Swaminathan, learned standing counsel appearing for the petitioner / appellant and Mr.Venkata Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who has no serious objection for ordering these petitions.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and no objection expressed on the side of the respondent, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
