ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, subsequently altered to Section 328, 304(II) of IPC r/w Sections 4(1-I), 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act r/w Page No.1 of 4

Section 7 of Tamil Nadu Denatured Spirit, Methyl Alcohol and Varnish (French Polish) Rules, 1959, in Crime No.420 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused as on date.
