2. Captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to fix an early date for final hearing in H.C.P.No.602 of 2023.

3. Short point is, the detenu was arrested and detenu remains incarcerated from 16.02.2023. Detenu and the petitioner were blessed with a girl child on 05.05.2023. To be noted, detenu's wife is the petitioner before us.

4. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor confirms the date of birth of the girl child.

5. The plea is, the detenu may get to see his infant baby if he succeeds in the habeas corpus petition. Further short point is the detenu has thus far not got opportunity to see his infant.
