Heard Mr.T.Ravikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for the 1st respondent and with their consent, the writ petition itself is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2015.

3.According to the petitioner, the respondents 2 to 4 have not been managing the affairs of Arulmighu Visalakshi and Punnakeswarar Temple at Nemili village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District in a proper manner and it is alleged that there is mal-administration and misappropriation of funds in the temple and the donations was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

collected from various people for the purpose of celebrating Kumbabhishekam and the income and expenditure accounts was not submitted.

4.Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the respondents 2 to 4, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against those respondents are not gone into.

5.It is seen that from the year 2014 onwards, the petitioner has been submitting representations to the 1st respondent and the postal acknowledgment card show that the representations have been received by the 1st respondent.

6.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.01.2015 ; 16.02.2015 and 02.03.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 2 to 4, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the allegations made by the petitioner in his representations and it is for the 1st respondent to take note of the same and proceed in accordance with law.

7.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
