ORDER
Heard Mr.T.K.S.Bharathy Anandraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner and issue the same to the petitioner pertaining to the property in question by disposing of her representation dated 02.03.2015.
3.According to the petitioner, she has purchased the property in question by a Sale Deed dated 12.05.2014 and has filed an application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on 28.01.2015 for transfer of patta in her favour. The petitioner's vendor has been issued a Patta bearing No.387 in respect of the the Survey No.31/1B. The petitioner's application is now pending before the respondent without any order being passed on the same. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2015 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
