O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of

mandamus directing the respondents not to take action till the disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 31.03.2004 to the Secretary (Home), Government of Tamil Nadu and to further direct the respondents not to interfere with the running of Shop No.54 of Thirumangalam Commercial Complex by the petitioner till the disposal of the appeal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 31.03.2004 has already been disposed of by the Secretary (Home), Government of Tamil Nadu.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
