The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has made an endorsement stating that the parties have already appointed Arbitrators namely Hon'ble Mr.Justice E.Padmanaban, Presiding Officer, Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.Sampath and Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.Venkataraman and the arbitration proceedings is in progress.

2. In the light of the above, recording the said submission the Original Petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the parties to agitate their claims before the Arbitrators, who have been appointed by consent of the parties.
