The parties have reached a settlement with regard to the visitation rights before the Mediation Centre. A settlement agreement dated 10.12.2021 has also been entered into between the parties which has been signed by the parties as well as by the respective learned counsels and the learned Mediator. As per the said understanding, the father of the child, the respondent herein has agreed to show the Minor child Irin Juliet to the petitioners every Sunday at Mettupalayam Church at the child's convenient time before 5.00 p.m. and the duration shall be one hour.

2. The settlement agreement dated 10.12.2021 is recorded and the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions would submit that the respondent(father) will strictly abide by the agreement from this week onwards. After recording the settlement agreement dated 10.12.2021 recorded before the Madras High Court Mediation Centre, A Nos.3604 and 2530 of 2021 are disposed of in terms thereof.
