2. Today when the Civil Revision petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents are present. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the Suit pertains to this Civil Revision petition has already been disposed of on 08.06.2016. The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded.
3. In view of the above fact, the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
