Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the relief of issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2015 by removing the encroachment put up on the road by the encroachers within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The only limited relief sought for in this writ petition is a direction to the official respondents to consider and take action on the representation dated 9.2.2015 of the petitioner and take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequential action of removal of encroachment put up on the road.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that on inspection and affording proper opportunity of hearing to the alleged encroachers, proper action would be taken for removal of the encroachment within a period of four weeks. Despite the service of notice on the 3rd respondent by the petitioner, there is no representation on behalf of the 3rd respondent.

3. In view of foregoing, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take necessary action as aforesaid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
