ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner's husband was threatened by a group of people and his signatures have been obtained in various documents. Since the threat continues, the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent police seeking for police protection. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to call the parties for an enquiry and see if it can be dissolved amicably. If the respondent police finds that the dispute is civil in nature, he shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court to workout their remedies.
