C.M.P.Nos. 15629 & 15630 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.Nos.116413 of 2021 SUNDER MOHAN, J These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 101 days in representing the CMA and (ii) to condone the delay of 140 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,000/- in CMA.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as directed by this Court, he has paid the cost of Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus Chennai and filed a cost memo to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the cost memo filed to that effect, these petitions are ordered.
