a) to grant the one-half of the share in the Schedule-A to the plaintiffs by passing preliminary decree and allot such due share by dividing in metes and bounds of the same. b) to grant the decree for declaration that the plaintiffs are the absolute owner of undivided half share with right tile and claim over the schedule B with possession. c) to grant permanent injunction to restrain the defendant or the person claiming through them or their agent or men or the person in attorney from any way dealing with or meddling with the properties of the plaintiff in the schedule A and B.

JUDGMENT
When the matter came up for hearing on 12.03.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs and hence the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 13.03.2025. Even today (13.03.2025), there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, the Civil Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
