Today when the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this present petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Hence, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to cost.
