2.

This Writ Petition is filed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2023 and dispose of the same with regard to challenging the order dated 30.08.2017 within a prescribed time period. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that he gave representation dated 29.11.2023 to the first respondent by preferring an appeal as against the order of the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.1199/2017(A3). However, the same has not been considered. Hence, he seeks a direction. 2/4

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 29.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
