The issue raised in the writ petition does not survive for consideration since, the petitioner had been convicted in a criminal case and consequently the respondents have passed an order dismissing the petitioner from service.

2. The writ petition has been filed questioning the suspension order of the petitioner herein, which can never be examined as on date.

3. Writ petition, therefore, stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
