of Rs.7,03,410.65/- regarding the tender in B.R.R.C.No.B4/0121/2023-20 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2023 within a time as stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 to 4 to make payment of the bill amounting to Rs.7,03,410.65/- regarding the tender in B.R.R.C.No.B4/0121/2023-20 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the bill amount has already been settled by the respondents on 14.08.2024.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentsCorporation submits that the amount claimed by the writ petitioner has been settled. A sum of Rs.6,85,100/- was sanctioned on 06.08.2024 and was paid to the petitioner on 14.08.2024.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, nothing remains for consideration in this writ petition for further adjudication.
