The writ petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents from laying pipeline in the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.468/2 in Plot No.4, measuring about 1800 sq.ft. at Thirumullaivoyal Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, except due process of law. When the matter was listed on 02.07.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was posted on 16.07.2019, however, even on the said date, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on third occasion, when 2/4

the matter is listed today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No Costs. W.M.P.No.18188 of 2019 is closed.
