ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter S.Sangeetha, aged about 21 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue - Sangeetha was secured on 04.01.2021 and handed over to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded the same.

3.In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
